EXCHANGE and RETURN POLICY

 

We ask that you please read and understand our Exchange/Return Policy.

Candelariaus offers full money refund. We want you to love your purchase. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions or concerns before purchasing. We will exchange sizes if it is not perfect. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered in order to receive an exchange, refund or store credit. Only items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed with all original tags attached will be accepted. 

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal retuned items with the original invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages that we did not ship. Candelariaus does not provide shipping labels for returns.
